Experienced Baker/Pastry Cook

The Good Batch bakery is seeking an experienced baker to help with our wholesale and ice cream sandwich production. This is a full-time position, and candidate must be able to work Saturday or Sunday. Experience working in a professional kitchen is a must.

Tasks:
– Bake cookies, muffins and various baked goods
– Assemble orders from daily invoices
– Make large scale batters and doughs
– Assemble ice cream sandwiches
– Maintain clean and safe work space

Requirements:
– Must be able to work schedule listed above
– Reliable, punctual and friendly work demeanor
– Ability to learn quickly, take direction, and work independently
– At least one year pastry/bakery experience in a professional environment
– Must provide TWO PROFESSIONAL REFERENCES
– U.S. working papers A MUST
– NY Food Handlers Certificate preferred
