After four months of construction and what feels like a lifetime of planning, we opened doors to The Good Batch in Clinton Hill on September 9. It has been a surreal and exhilarating experience, to say the least, but we could not be happier with the final outcome.

The bakery in the back has been busy busy busy—working on our ever-growing wholesale line, stocking our Smorgasburg team with ice cream sandwiches, and now making a whole new line of morning pastries, cakes and sweet creations for the shop. The cafe in the front is happily greeting our new neighbors and introducing The Good Batch to the community. The response from customers has been wonderful, and we are thrilled to be getting into a sweet new bakery groove.
