We are so excited to launch our first holiday ice cream cake! We wanted this cake to be the cozy, delicious, and beautiful dessert we all deserve to round out 2020. Simply put, this is the dreamiest ice cream cake in NYC!
Layers of brown butter cake, vanilla ice cream, cookie crumbs, crunchy sponge candy, toasted marshmallow buttercream, cranberry compote, and caramel ganache. Cake is available in two sizes to accommodate all appetites— Small Crowd (4-6) and Family (10-14.)
A small number of cakes will be available at the bakery to pick-up, but it is best to order ahead of time.
