Spring is finally here and that means it’s market season! We are thrilled to be back in the Brooklyn sunshine, serving up our frozen treats at Smorgasburg on the Williamsburg waterfront every Saturday and in Breeze Hill in Prospect Park every Sunday!
We are also excited to share with you some new treats we have been working on here at The Good batch these past few dreary winter months…
Our new ice cream bar boasts layers of peanut butter pretzel nougat, vanilla ice cream and chocolate fudge. Then, we dip the bar in chocolate and finish it off with a sprinkling of pretzels, peanut brittle and sea salt.
For this new ice cream sandwich, we make our own cinnamon graham crackers and fill them with a creamy honey mousse and vanilla ice cream, and then roll the entire thing in candied pistachio crumbs.
And of course we still have our classics! Also currently on the menu:
The original, the classic. Oat Chocolate Chunk cookies topped with sea salt and then filled with vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of house made chocolate ganache.
The dessert of your childhood dreams. Crispy treat cookies made with gooey caramel and vanilla ice cream.
