Production Baker

The Good Batch bakery is seeking an experienced part-time baker to help with our wholesale production. This team member will bake and assemble orders for our fresh, daily wholesale deliveries.

Shift:
– Fridays 12pm-8pm
– Saturday 10am-6pm
– Sunday 10am-6pm
* There is potential to add additional days.

Tasks:
– Bake cookies, muffins and various baked goods
– Assemble orders from daily invoices
– Make large scale batters and doughs
– Maintain clean and safe work space

Requirements:
– Must be able to work schedule listed above
– Reliable, punctual and friendly work demeanor
– Ability to learn quickly, take direction, and work independently
– At least one year pastry/bakery experience in a professional environment
– Must provide TWO PROFESSIONAL REFERENCES
– U.S. working papers A MUST
– NY Food Handlers Certificate preferred
