Our Philosophy

At The Good Batch, we love cookies very much, and believe pure and simple is best. Our recipes showcase high quality ingredients and texture, often playing with salty-sweet, or savory flavors. We avoid over sweetening our products, and instead lean into heartiness and delightful flavor combinations. Throughout the year we use seasonal, locally-sourced produce, especially from our friends at Wilklow Orchards. Our flavors are rooted in traditional American baked goods, however we regularly draw inspiration in all forms.

Cakes

We offer a wide selection of layered cakes in 6″, 9″ and 12″ sizes, serving anywhere from 4 to 40 people. Each cake is made-to-order, so we ask for a 48 hour advanced notice. Buy a cake from our online shop, call or visit our bakery.

Ice Cream Sandwiches

The Good Batch is well-known for our decadent and delicious ice cream sandwiches, available at our bakery year-round, and seasonally at Smorgasburg and various other markets.

Coffee & tea

We’re proud to serve Counter Culture Coffee, Steven Smith Tea, and Dona Chai. Our trained baristas can whip up any drink from our full espresso bar.
