We started baking cookies for local markets in 2010, and quickly discovered how spectacular they are layered with ice cream and toppings. Fortunately many others thought so too, and we haven’t stopped handcrafting these ice cream cookie sandwiches since.
Our sandwiches are available year-round at our Clinton Hill Bakery and through our retail line at fine grocers in the greater New York City area. Dessert catering is also available for any event in NYC, large or small. And of course, we are proud to be one of the longest standing vendors at Smorgasburg’s outdoor season.
