BAKERY MENU
We are proud to call Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, our home since 2014. Our flagship at 936 Fulton Street houses our entire production facility, with a cozy bakeshop up front. Every morning begins with fresh baked scones and biscuits, and at all times, you can find a case full of cookies, cupcakes, ice cream sandwiches, and Same Day Cakes. We strive to keep sweetness to a minimum, and lean into hearty and delightful flavor combinations like our Tahini Chocolate Chunk Cookie, Olive Oil Lemon Cake, and Brown Butter Caramel Cupcakes.
Every weekend we feature a Counter Cake, available by the slice, which is a whimsically flavored and designed cake that rotates each month. Throughout the year, Chef Anna Gordon showcases her Playdate Pastries, which is a collaboration series she runs with fellow NYC creatives. To see updates on our shop specials, follow us on Instagram.
We are proud to serve Counter Culture Coffee and DONA from our espresso bar. Our Goods wall showcases a variety of greeting cards, birthday candles, whole coffee beans, gifts, and bakery merchandise. We have a small seating area inside the bakeshop, and benches out front.
